-Under challenges to solve issue, we could add training (as in training people illiterate in technology). There is a major problem with people having access but no resources to get any use out of the technology. The article for this class provided some great examples
-I think #8 is a little redundant. We can talk about this stuff in the social/cultural context point.
-#9 could be place under the "challengs in solving DD" point.
-We could add another point:
"New Technology"
-How it affects DD
-How it is affected by DD
