More suggestions

1) History of issue
- the obvious, defining DD
- how it came about: combination of Clinton Administration, internet and dotcom booms, National Telecommunications Information Administration (NTIA)

2) Challenges to solving the issue
- kids not having access to computer, not only at school, but also at home

5) Future of DD
- Not only an issue of have/have-not, but varying levels/knowledge of kid's computer use
- in order to "close the gap," students required to take introduction computer class (learning how to troubleshoot?)?

7) Education opportunities/challenges
- Challenge: Not only an issue of have/have-not, but varying levels/knowledge of kid's computer use ---> how to get children, technologically, on the same page
- Challenge: limit to how dependent on technology as source of learning
- Opportunity: Most, if not all, workplaces use technology ---> through closing the gap, preparing kids for the future and "real world"
