I wonder about re-structuring our wiki further to integrate items 5 (What can be done nationally and internationally?) and 6 (What have been success and failures?). I don't know what our group's protocol has been for making structural changes to the overall outline before--since I wasn't the original outline poster... and I don't want to step on any toes either. What do you all think? I see some overlap and redundancy between those items and it appears that some areas need more research and development.
