I mistakenly posted some outline ideas last night on Moodle somewhere. Then I couldn't figure out how to get back in to delete. Today, I can't seem to get onto Moodle. My apologies for putting this in the wrong place. I will try to get on again tomorrow to delete it. I think it was on the discussion forum, I hope it was not on the wiki.

The outline looks good. Thanks, Tom, for putting it all together. After reading the DD articles for class next week, I feel we need to add more about Is there really a DD (under III)? And add more about human resources and social resources (Either add another Roman Numberal after V or change V to "The role of technological resources, human resources and social resources"). We might also want to add failures at the end (VII)and how to learn from them.
