I wonder if the major headings can be the small groups and/or the individual letters assigned to individuals....I do think there's enough in the outline for individuals to tackle various things, but there will definitely be overlap.
I agree, too, that we should divide main headings to partners. I know some people wanted certain topics, so maybe their partners are willing to work on that topic, too, and that at least will narrow it down for everyone else. If everyone who wants something specific could just post their topics, then we can see what's left.

I think that's a good idea. Then each of the small groups are working together on one particular topic.
Sounds like a good plan. How will we go about choosing the major headings for our small groups and when?
