I am wondering if the Digital divides can be analyzed as well in broader categories that allow us to explore specifics later on...for example, the broad context can be: local, national, global, while the issue can remain gender inequality....
from the conversations many gravitate to details quickly, so am simply suggesting umbrella categories. we have covered many angles within the issue and will not exhaust any one subject most likely.
