Wil, thanks for the revised format/outline. I am not very adept with the wiki. I put on the definitions after some struggles, but don't know how to change the outline to make definitions to come before history and cause. Anyone who can do so, please do. I also wanted to add a 5th section under definitions, titled "Overlapping Conceptualizations", but couldn't figure out how to do so, so just added it after the last definition section. So, if anyone changes Definitions to 1, could you please add a 1.5 for Overlapping Conceptualizations?
Anyone interested in meeting in person sometime? I also don't want to step on toes and would like to communicate easier.
